  Class Descriptions

Body Bar - A complete well-balanced workout using the bodybar.

Body by Yoga - A total body workout designed to improve flexibility and increase muscle tone; followed by a well deserved relaxation segment.

Calorie Killer - This session combines Step with high energy combinations and drills. Come prepared to work and SWEAT!

Cardio Sculpt - Combination high/low step class with a weighted workout.

Cardio/Core Ball Challenge - Combination high/low step class and a coreball workout.

Chair Class - This is a slow, beginning basic exercise class for women that have not been active for a long time or who may have arthritis, bad back or knee problems.

Comfort Zone - Half of the session is devoted to easy to follow aerobics,( floor and step). The rest of the class is geared toward muscular conditioning. This class is great for beginners.

Express - Short on time but not intensity. A total body workout.

Fit Kidz Class - Aerobic Class for Girls ages 10 - 14

Fitness Sampler - 30 minutes of mixed cardio and 30 mintues of toning.

Gentle Yoga - Beginning Yoga with emphasis on back flexibility,

Get Fit Fast - A 20 minute low impact cardio session, 20 minute weighted workout and 20 minute ab segment.

Great Weight - Mixing cardio and weights together for 45 minutes, ending with core stabilization and flexiblilty enhancement.

Hardcore - A 30 minute functional strength class that will focus on the body's core.

Kickboxing/Core Essentials - A total body workout that combines kicks and boxing moves to give you cardiovascular training and specific lower body conditioning.

Living Lively - The funnest step class you will ever do. You will laugh, meet your neighbor, sing along and sweat.

Master Park Martial Arts - This is a specialize class. Master Park, top ranking Korean Grand Master, in Taekwondo, Karate, Kickboxing, Judo, Jujitsu, Hapkido, Hapkiyudo, Aikido, Self-defense, Taichi, and Yoga Self-defense. Total ultimate, unlimited, physical, mental, inner body training: strength, balance, coordination, the best cardiovascular training, relaxation, relieve stress, focus, confidence, flexibility, breathing, self-defense, Boot Camp … For all ages: 4-99 (See Notes below for more information on Master Park)

Precison Pilates - Mat work based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates

Pure & Simple Stretch - Full body toning combined with stretching.

Simple Step - Repetitive choreography, at a steady pace for 30 minutes, with floor exercises for toning

Simply Strong - Cardio and bodybar class with moderate tempo

Soft and Steady Step - An early morning wake-up class. Let the music help jump-start your metabolism giving you the energy you need to get through the day.

Step & Squat - A 20 minute low impact cardio session: a 20 minute weighted workout: and a 20 minute abdominal and stretching segment.

Step and More - Strength trainingutilizing the badybar, weights or ball; along with a 30 minute cardio segment.

Stretch & Tone - Full body toning and resistance training combined with stretching.

Super Step/Kickboxing - High intensity step class for the advanced stepper. And some kickboxing moves.

Kick-Boxing - A form of high impact aerobics that combines the moves of Tae Kwon Do, karate, boxing, ballet, and hiphop. "Kick-boxing is an excellent cardiovascular workout with very extreme effectiveness in toning and defining the entire body. It works your body from the inside out, while improving your balance, coordination, flexibility, plus tone and define muscles.

Total Body Toning - Overall slow controlled movements isolating the target muscles, including upper and lower body.
